All questionsHow do I buy a ticket?
Choose Generalx on the Tickets page and check out on this site. Pay by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer and enter your transaction ID. Once we've checked the payment you'll get an email with your digital ticket and QR code.
I paid but haven't received my ticket.
Payment verification can take up to 24 hours. If it's been longer, contact us with your payment receipt and we'll resend it.
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer yours to someone else up to three days before the event. Contact us with the new attendee's name and email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show the QR code on your phone at the entrance. Printed tickets work too.
